REFUND POLICY: EXCELSIOR TRAINING INSTITUTE (ETI)

Training Fees paid to ETI EXCELSIOR TRAINING INSTITUTE (“eti EXCELSIOR”) may be refunded in accordance with the procedures and timelines set out in this Refund Policy. For this Refund Policy, the term “Training Fees” refers to tuition fees paid for a specific course and fees paid for course materials, including printed materials and access to digital platforms and textbooks.   1. Eligibility

At any time after registration for a course, a student may request to withdraw their registration from such  course by completing the Course Withdrawal Form. Notwithstanding the timing of such withdrawal, no refund shall be granted.

Exceptions and Special Circumstances

  1. For cancellations by eti EXCELSIOR Training Institute:
  2. Where there has been an administrative or technology defect leading to multiple registrations or payments by a single student for the same course, and such defect is confirmed by eti EXCELSIOR, eti EXCELSIOR will process the refund due to the student and rectify such error.
  • Refund Processing Time

Within 30 days of the submission of the Course Withdrawal Form, all refunds (where applicable) will be processed for payment into the bank account from which the original payment was made.
